The best training method...
It doesn't do for an athlete of any team or sport to get burnout, especially before a big game or event. Same is applied to each of us as athletes in the big game of life. I am very guilty of taking on too much, trying to do it all. What happens in the end? Despite all my efforts? I burnout.
We need to take timeout for ourselves. Take time to enjoy the moment and appreciate those who share it with you. Breathe in the beauty all around you. Run often. Rest often. Work hard. Play hard.
I know, easier said than done. If the world is a stage, then life is a juggle, a great balancing act. Let the objects, occupation of time and energy that don't hold eternal value, fall. Among the ones that are important include taking care of your health, physical and mental.
